About the position
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Our Floor Nurses are among the best & they would love to have you join them.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents.
- Assist patients in reaching their clinical goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Engage with residents in activities and support their mental health.
- Participate in the Life Skills Program.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL.
- Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is helpful.
- New Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply.
- Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Interest in mentoring or leadership roles.
