What you will do: Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that positively impacts patient care Communicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided. Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
