Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health care
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems
• Previous experience with pediatric or adult care

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Utilize electronic charting using CubHub
• Participate in in-house education and training programs
• Provide care during assigned shifts (8 & 12 hour shifts available)
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Collaborate with clinical support staff as needed
