About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Medical Assistant (MA) positions are responsible for providing direct patient care and support in an ambulatory setting under the supervision of a physician or licensed health care professional. Both roles require an understanding of the functional and developmental age of the patients served, ensuring that care is tailored to meet their needs. The LPN assists with nursing care activities, implements age-appropriate interventions, and provides ongoing education to patients. The MA provides clinical and administrative support, assists with patient care tasks, and ensures effective clinic operations.
