About The Position

The LPN or Medical Assistant in the Putnam Medical Group OBGYN office is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing-processed based care/services to patients.

Requirements

• LPN graduation from an accredited school of nursing and prior clinical nursing experience required.
• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing license by date of employment required.
• Health Care Provider BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Starting base rate $23.00 per hour
• Medical Assistant graduation from a Medical Assistant program and/or equivalent work experience as a Medical Assistant required.
• Certified Medical Assistant CMA certification preferred and required within 6 months of employment.
• Starting base rate $20.00 per hour
