Requirements

• Current LPN license or CMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedules procedures for RCMC GI providers.
• Completes scheduling intake to obtain all necessary patient demographic, health and insurance information.
• Coordinates schedule with time and equipment availability.
• Identifies scheduling conflicts and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Communicates with referring providers regarding patient cancellations or refusals.
• Communicates with providers regarding medication needs for patients having procedures.
