Requirements

• Active NE LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Long-term care experience preferred - New grads welcome!
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills
• Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)

Responsibilities

• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
• Implement and evaluate care interventions
