Requirements

• Current Virginia LPN license.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Perform clinical tasks such as rooming patients, administering medications, and assisting with procedures with accuracy and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure smooth coordination of care and excellent service.
• Stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities, maintaining documentation, and supporting clinic flow.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in upholding clinical standards and contributing to a positive team culture.
