Requirements
- Applicants should have a current Virginia LPN license.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure smooth coordination of care and excellent service.
- Stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities and maintaining documentation.
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in upholding hospital standards and contributing to a positive team culture.
