About The Position
As an LPN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents. About Edgewood: Edgewood Healthcare has been providing outstanding care and services for seniors since 1992. We offer senior living solutions in more than 60 beautiful communities across seven states in the Midwest. Edgewood Fremont is a 12-bed Memory Care community. Edgewood Omaha is a 12-bed Memory Care community.
Requirements
- Current state Practical Nurse license
- Three years clinical experience
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Passion and drive for helping others
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
- Edgewood offers of employment are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree, desired
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and modification of resident care plans
- Provide supervision to clinical staff
- On call 1-2 weeks a month for each community
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
