About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse administers nursing care to patients of all ages under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Performs direct and indirect patient care duties.

Requirements

• Current Licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in North Carolina.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Successful completion of a hospital and unit-specific orientation which includes age and population specific skills for the area of practice.
