WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLCC is seeking Licensed Practicing Nurses with hospice care experience for per diem needs on all shifts. Requirements

• Graduate with a license of Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN) to practice in New York State
• CPR/BLS - AHA preferred
• Physical within a year w/ PPD or alternative
• Clear NYS LPN license

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional competencies and cares for terminal patients
• Assists DON and RN supervisor with care plans and updates medical records, relay all communication in a punctual time frame while on duty
• Helps aides with lifting patients
• Maintains friendly and caring environment
