The LPN uses experience, knowledge, judgment and skills to provide nursing care to patients and families in all settings. Maintains patient confidentiality and promotes patient rights as supported by agency, state and federal directives. Identifies cultural and lifestyle choices and non-judgmentally accommodates for such differences. The LPN is committed to the philosophy, goals and objectives of the hospice concept. The LPN works under the direct supervision of the RN while consistently demonstrating the Hospice Savannah values and compliance with organization’s service excellence standards.
