Requirements
- Valid license Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
- 1 year of experience in home health care required
- 1-2 years of experience as a licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health care plans and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
