Education and Formal Training: Successful completion of LPN Program, LPN licensed State of North Carolina (or compact) Work Experience: EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERED FOR NEW GRADUATES! Provides and directs the provision of home nursing care, based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process.
Requirements
- Successful completion of LPN Program
- LPN licensed State of North Carolina (or compact)
- Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people
- Uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgment, and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times.
- Actively functions as a patient advocate.
- Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.
