Work as a vital member of the care team, providing hands-on support to patients while utilizing AI-supported technology to simplify your documentation process. This role aims to help you spend more time delivering care and less time on paperwork, focusing on patient-centered care, reduced documentation burden, improved work-life balance by cutting down after-hours documentation, and enhanced efficiency with technology-driven workflows for compliance. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting preferred.
Experience in skilled nursing, preferably in hospice, home health care, oncology or emergency care preferred.
Preferred within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.
