Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in South Carolina (or eligible)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • CPR/BLS certified (ACLS within 12 months if needed)
  • Comfortable with EMR systems and quick on your feet
  • A team player with a servant's heart and a sharp clinical mind
  • Willing to travel between SMF locations if needed (don't worry, we'll make it worth it)

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for patients and families-before, during, and after their visit
  • Lead huddles, prep rooms, and assist in exams and procedures like the clinical rockstar you are
  • Take vitals, administer meds, and perform diagnostic tests with confidence and compassion
  • Champion care coordination-follow up on labs, referrals, and next steps like every detail counts (because it does)
  • Educate and uplift patients, helping them understand their treatment and take control of their health
  • Keep your workspace safe, clean, stocked, and ready for anything
  • Document like a boss-accurate, timely, and professional
