JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, or Provider, the LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for patients/families within a unit, service or other primary area of practice. Position reports to Nurse Manager. This role offers the opportunity to travel between offices —bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities.

Requirements

  • Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
