About The Position

At Saint Mary's Hospital, the Emergency Department is a Level II Trauma Center. This unit is a primary stroke center and is a pediatric receiving facility. The unit consists of 46 beds, 8 of which are emergency behavioral health beds. You will engage with staff from the unit and build relationships and learn different types of nursing and become savvy with new skill sets.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Connecticut.
• Active BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care experience.
• Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
