About The Position

We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for behavioral health opportunities in Elk City, OK. This role supports patients in inpatient mental health and senior care settings , working alongside a clinical team to provide consistent, compassionate care. This is a strong fit for LPNs with experience or interest in psych, substance use, or behavioral health environments .

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma LPN license
• Behavioral health or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient support skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health setting
• Support patients with mental health and/or substance use needs
• Administer medications and monitor patient status
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with RNs and care teams
