About The Position
The position at Brookhaven Retirement Community involves supervising nursing staff in accordance with facility policy and assuming responsibility for the Assisted Living in the absence of the Director. The role encompasses overall administration and supervision of both units, ensuring quality care, training and supervision of professional and support personnel, and managing personnel issues with guidance from human resources. The position also includes administering personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitation services to residents and assisting in the coordination of nursing care provided by other disciplines.
