About The Position

Our Mercer County Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN who has a passion for pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pediatric trach/vent care.
• Previous experience in private duty nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a private duty nursing setting.
• Deliver hands-on care to clients ranging from infants to geriatric patients.
• Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Build relationships with clients and monitor their milestones.
• Utilize electronic charting using CubHub.
