About The Position

AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN), you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care. They will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required.
  • CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the physician or mid-level provider in patient care.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Coordinate care with other services or outside health care providers.
  • Serve as a liaison between the physician, mid-level provider, and other health care providers.
