About The Position

The position involves overseeing medication distribution as per physician orders, ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedures, and demonstrating a steadfast dedication to resident safety. The role requires creating personalized service plans tailored to individual care needs while championing resident independence and dignity. Additionally, the position involves cultivating communication between physicians, healthcare providers, and family members to foster effective communication regarding the physical, mental, and social well-being of residents. The candidate will also contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives and engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current CPR certification
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

• Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
