Join our team in a 17 bed Acute Rehab unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), RN's and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Current state LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.
• Assess patient needs and administer treatments.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with a team of LPNs, RNs, and CNAs to provide high-quality patient care.
