Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides hands-on nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This includes delivering treatments, monitoring patient progress, supporting care planning, and ensuring safety and comfort in alignment with individualized patient needs.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- License: Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred or obtained within 6 months.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 6 months of Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and administer treatments as directed.
- Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care planning.
- Support physicians, RNs, and therapists in coordinating patient care.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality standards.
