About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients. Performs as a positive member of the healthcare team. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing/licensed practical nursing program Minimum Experience Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred Required Registration/License/Certification Current Kansas LPN license Intravenous (IV) certification Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully obtained within the first 90 days of employment
Requirements
