About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate opportunities on our HICU® Health Services team for LPNs interested in helping infants and young children transition from the hospital to home in the Wilmington, DE area! The HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home ICU Nurse works in a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home. As a HICU® nurse, you have the opportunity to deliver quality care to clients and their family for the initial weeks of homecare, while providing extensive training to the family and ongoing care team. Children should live at home, and you can be part of that!

Requirements

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN.
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care.
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience preferred.

• Experience in a high-tech pediatric nursing environment.
• Experience in home care settings.

Responsibilities
