Provides direct patient care to hospice patients in a variety of settings and levels of care under the direct supervision of an RN. Requirements
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
- Personal car in good working order
- Valid Florida license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- BLS and IV certification per department requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Surgery Nursing or equivalent
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program, must meet criteria for employment by Halifax Health

- Hospice experience preferred
