Provides direct patient care to hospice patients in a variety of settings and levels of care under the direct supervision of an RN. Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays as assigned to provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week care assigned to a variety of teams/duties. We're glad you're here. Requirements

  • Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Personal car in good working order
  • Valid Florida license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • BLS and IV certification per department requirement
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Surgery Nursing or equivalent
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program, must meet criteria for employment by Halifax Health

Nice To Haves

  • Hospice experience preferred
