Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health

We’re a local, family-owned agency with a smart onboarding process, strong office support, and a collaborative team so you can focus on what matters most: your patients. We also invest in your growth with a CEU program for our staff, supporting ongoing learning and professional development. Our highly skilled nurses spend between 30-45 minutes with each patient seeing anywhere from 4-6 patients a day (when working full time) performing catheter care, wound care, ostomy care, disease and medication management, etc. If you’re a Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in your community, we’d love to have you join our team.
Requirements
- Graduate professional school of nursing; associate's degree in nursing
- Current LPN License in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
- Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
- Valid Driver’s License
