Mercy Home Health (a member of Trinity Health at Home) has a need for a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). About Mercy Home Health Mercy Home Health is a member of Trinity Health At Home, a national home care, palliative care and hospice organization serving communities in twelve states. The LPN collaborates with and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent with current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with Current BCLS certification/CPR required.
Valid driver's license and car insurance also required.
Licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of PA
High School Diploma required
One (1) year experience as a professional LPN
Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

The LPN preforms varied nursing care activities and related support services for patients in their home.
The LPN collaborates with and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
