About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Hale Makua in Kahului, HI, is a vital role that involves providing professional nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures of the facility. The LPN will also conduct thorough physical assessments of residents to determine their needs and implement appropriate interventions. This includes performing assessments during admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure continuity of care and to address any changes in the residents' health status.
