About The Position

The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Understand own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works. Requirements

  • Travel to various clinics across the Jackson Mississippi market as required.
  • Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
  • This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
