About The Position

In this role you will be: An active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, working collaboratively in the development, implementation, and revision of each patient's interdisciplinary treatment plan Observing and evaluating each patient documenting their observations and evaluations and providing the RN with relevant clinical information. Using nursing knowledge of medical, surgical, and rehab nursing to effectively provide direct patient care and observing/documenting outcomes Providing patient and family education Float to areas of Medical Center assigned.

Requirements

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• EXPERIENCE: 1 year experience preferred, Medical Surgical experience preferred
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
• BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire
• Current license as an LPN in Pennsylvania
• Complete IV Start Class

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience preferred
• Medical Surgical experience preferred
