About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will be: An active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and work collaboratively in the development, implementation, and revision of each patient’s interdisciplinary treatment plan. Observing and evaluating each patient as well as documenting their observations and evaluations. Providing the RN with relevant clinical information. Using nursing knowledge of medical, surgical, and behavioral health nursing to effectively provide direct patient care, observing, and documenting outcomes Providing patient and family education. Working collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: BLS required or obtained within 1 month of hire
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania

Nice To Haves

  • EXPERIENCE: 1 year of medical surgical experience preferred
