River Edge Behavioral Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hidden Hills Crisis Home in Baldwin County. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential mental health setting.

Requirements

Current and valid LPN license in good standing with the Georgia State Licensing Board
Minimum of three (3) years of mental health experience
Must provide two professional references (former employers only; no personal or family references)
Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately
Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
Support nursing and medical staff by administering medications and following healthcare plans
Maintain and update patient records confidentially
