The Daly 6A unit is a dedicated, growing team with an engaged Manager committed to the professional growth and development of her team, and dedicated to patient experience. This unit provides care for the older adult patient population with 39 beds, 16 semi-private rooms, and 5 rooms for end of life care. It offers participation in nurse-driven change projects, great nursing ratios, and optimal support staff.

Requirements

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination.
• Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to older adult patients in a 39-bed unit.
• Participate in nurse-driven change projects.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Support patient experience initiatives.
