About The Position

PTO, FSA, HSA, and many more perks! Who You Are: A certified/licensed Plumber with at least 4 years of experience in a residential service and maintenance operation. Has passion for leadership and excellence. An expert communicator, ready to work with both customers and crews. Commitment to identify soft sale opportunities and convert them to sales. Committed to safety, quality, and training others to meet your high standards. Qualifications: Valid Indiana and/or Kentucky Journeyman or Tradesman license, both preferred, but not required to apply Valid driver’s license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Experience managing plumbing projects and coordinating with other trades.
