About The Position
As a Licensed Journeyman Plumber at SageWater, you will be the face of our high-rise condo repiping projects. Your primary focus is delivering high-quality, code-compliant plumbing work while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence on every job site. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term career growth—ideal for a licensed plumbing professional committed to excellence. The Licensed Journeyman Plumber position requires the demonstrated ability to work safely, lead or support plumbing crews, mentor less experienced team members, and maintain a clean and organized job site. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with the onsite team.
Requirements
- Active Plumbing License in the state of Hawaii
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.
- Own basic hand tools
- Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Have reliable transportation to job site daily
- Must already reside in the state of Hawaii
Responsibilities
- Install and replace piping systems to UPC code standards
- Lead or support plumbing crews, depending on experience
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Communicate clearly with project managers, crew leads, and residents
- Follow company quality standards and safety protocols
