Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a service plumber
Valid Tradesman/Journeyman Plumbing License
Clean driving record
Time management skills
Basic software understanding
Self-motivation

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
Plumbing install experience
Work with customers to determine the best solution for them; Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
Charge and collect payments for work performed
Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed)
Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance
Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately.
Operating company vehicles and will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.
