Track and document patient progress in compliance with regulatory and facility standards. Collaborate closely with nursing, occupational, and speech therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques. Contribute ideas to enhance quality and efficiency within our in-house therapy department. Requirements
- Current, valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
