About The Position
Total Health Systems is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary physician’s office in Chesterfield, MI. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to provide one-on-one therapy in a collaborative healthcare setting. Compensation & Incentives: 💰 Hourly pay based on a 40-hour workweek 📈 Monthly Productivity Bonus
Requirements
- Physical Therapy License (Required – Must be Licensed in Michigan)
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients
- Establish and implement individualized plans of care
- Provide patient education and communication to ensure optimal outcomes
- Recommend additional services offered at the clinic to patients who may benefit
- Utilize e-Thomas for scheduling & posting and Thomas EHR for patient documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records to justify treatment and meet insurance requirements
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations
- Supervise PTA assistants as needed
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing
