Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time Floater St Joseph County, Indiana Applicants must hold an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or meet qualifications to earn Indiana license. Applicants without a current PT license will not be considered. Rotate between top-rated senior living communities in South Bend and St. Joseph County, gaining professional breadth and exposure to diverse care settings, including short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient therapy, memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Position Highlights: · Float between facilities, typically two sites per day, with compensated drive time and mileage for qualified travel. · Flexible, caseload-driven scheduling to balance patient needs and your workday. · Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy teams. · Well-equipped therapy gyms with therapeutic modalities and functional training spaces. Requirements

  • Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
  • Active Indiana Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
