The Clinic Manager position combines patient care with leadership responsibilities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader or a physical therapist ready to step into management. You will maintain a normal outpatient orthopedic caseload while overseeing clinic operations and guiding your team. Clinic Managers have a clear path for advancement within the company, including roles such as District Manager or other leadership positions. Our clinics focus on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions and serve a diverse patient population. You’ll work with both non-surgical and post-operative cases, including sport-specific rehabilitation. We maintain an optimal caseload so you can dedicate meaningful time to each patient, delivering individualized, progressive care with attention to detail and the highest standard of service.

  • Supervise and mentor physical therapists and support staff
  • Provide direct patient care and treatment planning
  • Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Support a collaborative and positive clinic environment
  • Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and compliance with regulations
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings and one-on-one check-ins
  • Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active Georgia PT license (or pending)
  • Strong clinical skills and interest in leadership
  • Salary Range based on experience
