About The Position

As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) in our PACE program, you’ll play a vital role in helping older adults maintain their independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist and as a valued member of our Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you’ll bring therapeutic care to life—delivering compassionate, hands-on support tailored to each participant’s unique goals. This is more than a clinical role—it’s an opportunity to truly connect. You'll build meaningful relationships, support whole-person care, and make a lasting difference in the lives of frail seniors. Whether you're helping a participant walk more confidently, recover from a hospitalization, or simply stay active and engaged, your care will be essential to their ability to thrive at home and in the community they love. If you find joy in helping others move forward—literally and figuratively—and you're inspired by mission-driven work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we’d love to welcome you to the team.
