About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of home health therapy services for Accent Care Home Health, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. The company supports clinicians by understanding the unique challenges of the home healthcare setting and investing in their growth through the Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and access to a virtual educational series. The organization is driven by positive patient outcomes and satisfaction, treating each patient with the same care as they would their own families. The role involves working with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by thoughtful scheduling, defined territories to limit drive time, clinical leadership by therapists, individualized support for professional growth, and collaboration with Accent Care Home Health colleagues for a comprehensive, team-based approach to care. This position offers long-term growth potential within the organization.
