Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Multiple Rehabilitation Settings – Multiple New Hampshire Locations This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PTA positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN). Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location 📍 Current PTA openings available in: Concord, Franconia, Hampton, Laconia, Lebanon, Rochester, and additional New Hampshire markets. 🔎 Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For? Licensed New Hampshire Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) PTAs relocating to New Hampshire New PTA graduates from accredited programs pursuing New Hampshire licensure PTAs seeking experience in SNF or mixed-setting rehab roles This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapist Assistants working within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or tech position.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
  • Active New Hampshire PTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure
  • Ability to work full-time in one of the listed New Hampshire markets
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
  • Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
  • Collaborate with PTs, rehab teams, and nursing/medical staff
  • Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety
