HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a new partner skilled nursing facility located on the west side of South Bend, IN. This PTA will provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents in a supportive environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The facility has an in-house dialysis clinic and dedicated memory care unit and specializes in rehab addressing the unique therapeutic needs for diverse diagnoses. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being. · Full time position at 30 – 40 hours per week. · Large fully-equipped therapy gym with a training kitchen. Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
