Your New Role as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician As a full-time Licensed Pharmacy Technician at KLTC, you will: Accurately fill prescriptions for residents in long-term care facilities Count, package, and label medications correctly Prepare unit-dose and compliance/blister packaging Review medications for accuracy (NDC, quantities, expiration dates, etc.) Assemble medication orders and MARs for delivery Participate in daily and monthly production cycles Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate clearly with team members when issues arise This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured routine, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives on being part of a supportive team.   • Accurately fill prescriptions for residents in long-term care facilities
  • Count, package, and label medications correctly
  • Prepare unit-dose and compliance/blister packaging
  • Review medications for accuracy (NDC, quantities, expiration dates, etc.)
  • Assemble medication orders and MARs for delivery
  • Participate in daily and monthly production cycles
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate clearly with team members when issues arise
  • Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in filling prescriptions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to pharmacy regulations
  • Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred but not required
