About The Position

Galesburg Pharmacy is seeking a dependable and patient-focused PRN Retail Pharmacist to support our pharmacy team. This role is ideal for a pharmacist looking for consistent Saturday hours with the opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts as needed.

You'll play a vital role in providing safe, accurate, and friendly pharmacy services while supporting the health and well-being of our community.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license from the State of Michigan
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Retail pharmacy experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide counseling and medication education to patients
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriate therapy
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a community-focused retail setting
